No, we do not charge anything for creating an account.

Shipping FAQs

The product delivery time depends on your location. Please check the estimated delivery date on the product page by giving your postal code. Generally we deliver products within 3 to 4 days, but sometimes a few may take additional days than the expected delivery date.

You can track your order from the ‘My Account or Contact Us‘ pages by clicking on track order. You can enter your order number to track the delivery transit.

At Kiko, we offer free shipping on a purchase of Rs. 599 and above, for products less than 599, we charges a nominal fee. The charges are transparent and the amount will be visible during checkout.

As an e-commerce portal, we appreciate online transactions, but also offer Cash on Delivery as a payment option.

Yes, we deliver to almost every part of India, but we have logistics restrictions bound with the delivery partners. Please do check the delivery availability on the product page before placing your order.

No, as of now. This is another milestone we would love to achieve shortly. But at this moment, we do not process international deliveries.

Return and Refund FAQs

You can initiate the return by sending an email to ‘[email protected]’ within 3 days of the product delivery. Include the order number, product details, and your phone number along with the reason for return in the email.

We do not accept the return or refund requests for innerwear for hygiene purposes.

You will get your refund within 10 days after we accepts your return.

If you paid in cash on delivery, you need to provide your bank account or UPI details to get the refund, email bank UPI details to [email protected] at the time of initiating the return.

Cancellation and handling charges will apply for COD orders.

  • If you need your refund to your bank account, please share your Order Number, Full Name (As per the bank record), Bank Account Number, IFSC Code, Branch Name.
  • In case you need the refund to your UPI account, please share your UPI Id and linked phone number.
