Return & Shipping Policy of Kiko Clothing
Return and Refund Policy
- The customer should initiate the return within seven days of the product delivery.
- Customers should not use the product and keep the price tag intact.
- KIKO Clothing will not accept the return without the Invoice.
- To initiate the return, email ‘[email protected]’ within 7days of the product delivery.
- In case of online payment using a credit/debit card, the refund will be made within ten days to the used Credit/debit card.
- In case of payment mode Cash on Delivery, KIKO Clothing will refund the amount only to Banks account/UPI, email the details of your bank account/UPI to [email protected].
- If you want the refund to your bank account, please provide your Full Name (As per the bank record), Bank Account Number, IFSC Code, Branch Name.
- If you want the refund to your UPI, please provide the UPI Id and linked phone number.
- KIKO shall not accept the return or refund requests for innerwear for hygiene purposes.
Exchange Policy:
- KIKO shall accept the exchange only in the below situations
- The delivered product is defective or damaged.
- The customer received the wrong product or the wrong size of the product.
- The item size is not fit. In such a case customer is allowed to request a bigger or smaller size.
- If KIKO does not have the smaller or larger size of the requested product, KIKO shall process the refund for the product.
- The customer should email [email protected] to initiate the exchange within seven days of the delivery.
- The customer must send the image of the product to [email protected] in case of point 1.1 and 1.2
- In the case of point 1.1 the defect or damage must be visible in the image.
- In the case of point 1.2, the size tag must be visible.
Shipping Policy:
- KIKO offers free shipping on a purchase of Rs. 599 and above
- Customer can check the expected delivery date for each product on the product page by giving their postal Code
- The product may take 3-4 additional days than the expected delivery date because some products require extra handling and processing time.
- Customer can track their order from account/contact us by clicking on track order
- The customer shall provide the order id to track the product
- Customer must provide full legal name, valid delivery address, email id, and phone number
- KIKO Clothing does not offer international delivery yet.
- KIKO Clothing does not offer Same Day/Express Delivery at this moment due to COVID 19 pandemic until further notice
